如何解决钢结构加工过程中的变形问题

钢结构加工过程中常会遇到由于焊接产生变形问题,造成钢构件变形的原因有热变形、冷变形或者由于相互的构件无法组装在一体,变形问题是钢结构加工过程中很难解决的问题,如钢结构件组装过程中无法顺利进行组装,钢结构焊接过程中会出现焊接变形,技术要求公差太大。

一、钢结构加工夹具固定法,通常使用刚性很大的夹具夹紧组合焊件,用强制力控制变形问题,然后再进行焊接,钢结构件遇到热变形时,需要使用夹具作用力进行纠正,达到控制钢结构加工变形问题。
